Cancellation Policy

To ensure that I can provide the best service to all of the clients, I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Late Policy: I understand that life happens! If you are running late, please call me as soon as possible. I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
